Estos dos dias estuve atareando con algunos tramites de nuevos clientes; la mayor parte de los que tengo son clientes que llegan por recomendación.

Compré una serie de dominios para mi, no para clientes, el jueves. El info lo compré en domain.com , y decidí comprar el org en moniker; no quise usar rebel.com ni Reseller Club, algo simbólico pues, porque ese dominio es importante y los 40 cts adicionales o un dolar si uso el subreseller que mencioné , eran secundarios. Lo que vale la pena en serio que este en Moniker.

No hay muchas novedades en el mundo de los dominios; de mis transferencias una sigue en veremos hacia DomainSite, y tengo varias de nets hacia Moniker.

Tengo que aprovechar los dias siguientes de aqui al 2 o 3 de octure que movere algunos dominios recuperados hacia Moniker.

Han sido dias curiosos, he entendido mucho del fundamento de sitios web, pero al mismo tiempo, es un factor humano y no lo puedo explicar aqui por ahora.

Ayer y hoy no pude escribir, tuve unos dias ocupados en asuntos que me tuvieron fuera de internet ; sin embargo compre ayer tres dominios, el net org e info de un dominio com que ya tenia, y un dominio org mx importante para futuro.

Pense mucho ayer en el paradigma de Rebel Vs Moniker, debido a porque necesitaba un dominio en especial, y por lo mismo, donde.

Por ultimo, ya empecé otra ronda de traslados a Moniker desde reseller club. Y algo esta mnal con una transferencia a domainsite.

Me cayó un ongreso extra de 4 clientes nuevos, 400 USD al año, nada mal. Lo malo es que el gasto que tuve que hacer estos dias fue alto. Tengo que acabr unos asuntos temprano y mañana en la tarde escribo mas.

Analisis de webhosting.info

Me llama ala atencion que el procentaje de coms es bastante bajo. La ultima vez que vi este reporte era mas alto, asi que supongo que los dominios .org e info que son un buen porcentaje fueron por las ofertas.

Hay mas info que net y org juntos.

Y el 3 de spetiembre no Hubo en esa semana transfer ins… tienen un problema. Por eso han de haber hecho el transfer bash, pero no se ve mucho el numero de transfers.

Los renewals son de bajo nivel, muy pocos de 10 años.

De mi bateria de dominios que sque de reseller club con el tip de Mr paco, eran dos com. TODOS los demas ya salieron, casi el mismo dia, pero un com a mydomain y un com a domainsite todavia no terminan 6 dias despues.

Seria interesante ver como van las estadisticas de la semana de reseller club en webhosting.info , peor no tengo tiempo por el momento.

Extraño.

Como dato curioso, los dominios que tengo en mydomain.com que quiero mover de lugar, son todos .com

Como dato, salvo algunos dominios de pais de clientes como .cl y .us , yo uso todos mis dominios con com net org o info, ningun biz o name por aqui, aunque algunos .mx y ar si los uso.

Ninguno de mis sitios info tiene informacion real, solo son barreras para evitar que alguien los compre. Los name tienen el peor control interno que he visto de whois por puerto 43, y biz tuve unos cuantos en una promocion de la que ya no quiero acordarme.

Tengo un .es tambien, pero es parte de una larga historia.

Dato cultural.

En WHT apareció un anuncio acerca de la venta de el negocio de resellers, pero no se si de dominios, a una empresa de Inglaterra. Yo hice tratos con esa empresa una vez por un dominio que me compraron, pero me da mala espina.

EN este momento solo tengo un dominio en stargate porque mi transito masivo de dominios esta por ahora en namesdirect ( siendo el otro extremo rebotador stargate ), pero voy a tener que encontrar un segundo registrar de transfer baratos, no creo que respeten el precio de 5.95 en transfers. De todos modos, mi cuenta es de customer y no de reseller, y justamente mi idea era pasar allí este dominio en cuanto fuera posible.

Si no es asi, puedo pasar ahi dos dominios mundialmente desconocidos que tengo parked, y sacar el que acabo de transferir en 60 dias.

Lo que no se es si vendieron tambien el ICANN registrar, se supone que desde que fue lo de registerfly iban a cambiar las reglas.

Un detalle es que hasta ahora, los precios de .info y .biz eran iguales en todos los niveles (Slab), pero ahora el unico nivel donde esto ocurre es el nivel 5, el de los 11999$, en los demas, estos dominios son mas caros

Recibi dos veces un correo de dotregistrar, donde ya no tengo dominios, diciendo que se han consolidadocon mydomain y que mis dominios fueron migrados con exito. Lo peor del caso es que no habia ninguno.

Si a mi me confundió. no me imagino con menos experimentados. Notese que el correo termina sin decir que dominios, y ademas esa cuenta en mydomain no la crearon. Ya cheque con domain.com y mo dominio sigue ahi, asi que no me confundi de registrar.
